Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (ideal for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, smart TV with streaming, fans, washing machine, children’s books and toys, and a pool table. Two baby cots and a high chair are provided. Please note, there is no air conditioning. Outside, relax in the private garden, two covered terraces, barbecue area, and playground. The house is split into two independent sections: private and rural tourism. From June 24 to August 31, you have free access to the Pontons municipal pool, 2 km away (car required). Nearby, enjoy telescope stargazing, animal encounters, and mole spotting. Explore the Hermitage of Sant Joan de la Muntanya, local apiculture, Dous, the Sanctuary of Foix, and Láctics Foix in Torrelles. Wine lovers can visit Parés Baltà or Colet wineries. Public transport is within walking distance. There are 10 parking spaces on site. Families with children are welcome. Up to 4 pets are allowed, for an extra fee. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Only registered guests may access the property due to capacity and liability. The house follows eco-friendly guidelines, including biomass, window sensors, waste management, efficient appliances, and renewable energy.
